Host an UWP Student in Your Home

Host families are an important part of the Up with People student experience. In every city we visit our students stay with local families who open their homes and their hearts for 4 – 7 days and give our participants an insider’s perspective on the community they’re visiting. In turn, host families gain the benefit of ‘bringing the world into their home’ and can learn from the students and often develop friendships that last well beyond our visit.

Click here to learn more about Host Family Responsibilities.

We had a great time in North Platte! Up with People wishes to thank all the families that hosted our participants. Without you, we couldn’t do what we do or have as much fun doing it. Staying in your homes will have a life-long impact on our students.
